Electro-hydraulic Servo Control Research Institute was established in 2011. It is composed of 2 professors, 1 senior engineer and 1 associate professor. In addition, 7 PhD students and 15 graduate students are included. The research institute is engaged in studying on electro-hydraulic control, motion control and intelligent instruments.
There has been complete mechanical design, electro-hydraulic servo, motion control, computer hardware and software technology reserve, with rich experience on design, research and development of mechatronics projects. The research institute has been established a great and long-term relationship of cooperation with companies relating to aerospace and railway.
The two research areas are as follows. One is the electro-hydraulic servo system, which focuses on the study and application on control system of mechanical, aerospace and national defense field. Fluid transmission and control, control theory and application, computer measurement and control technology, mechanical design and finite element method, the design method of industrial software, digital signal processing, simulation technology and other multi-disciplinary field are involved. It is the important part of electromechanical integration.
The other research area is motion control system. It involves the servo motor and drive theory, embedded controller development, sensor theory and application, control theory and application, the transmission system development, the dynamic performance test method, electromagnetic compatibility, as well as the position system, motor system and load system applying to both national defense and general industrial field.
